WHEN: Friday April 25th till Sunday April 27th
COSTS: Bumbuntu members ZAR 3000,- non members ZAR 3500,-

We will stay one night at a backpackers in McGregor and the second night in a Guest House in Greyton. On Friday we are planning to leave Cape Town around 4pm. The costs are including Guiding, braai on the first night and Accomodation and excl. lunch, dinners and drinks.

On the first night, we’ll stay in McGregor and kick off the adventure with a fun-filled welcome braai, followed by a peaceful night’s rest. On Saturday, we’ll set off bright and early, ready to tackle the 14km Boesmankloof trail, which winds from McGregor to Greyton. Along the way, we’ll stop for lunch, take a refreshing dip at a breathtaking waterfall, and enjoy some downtime to relax and swim.

Once we’ve completed the hike, we’ll arrive in Greyton, a picturesque village nestled in the foothills of the Riviersonderend Mountains. Known for its cobbled streets, charming art galleries, and free-roaming horses grazing along the town’s edges. We’ll unwind with a well-deserved lunch and ice-cold beers on the terrace of one of the village’s cozy restaurants.

In the evening, we’ll enjoy dinner at a local spot and then retire to a guest house for a restful night. On Sunday, we’ll hike back to McGregor, taking in the scenery one more time before heading home.
